Full Stack Developer
About the Role
We are looking for an independent Full-Stack Developer to join our DEV team and work on digital solutions for international clients. We need someone who can quickly understand a project, take ownership, and work without micromanagement. We're working on International projects, so English is a must.
We are a supportive team that enjoys working together—and yes, sometimes even singing karaoke (but no pressure 😉).
Key Responsibilities
Development and maintenance of applications and internal tools
Design and implementation of API integrations
Collaboration with PM, UX, and data teams
Technical documentation and basic code reviews
Proposing technical solutions and optimizations
Shared responsibility for system stability and long-term sustainability
Must-Have Skills
PHP (Symfony), MySQL, REST APIs, RabbitMQ, Git
Experience with a modern front-end / back-end stack
Ability to solve technical problems independently
Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and data
English at least at B2 level
Nice-to-Have Skills
Node.js, React.js, Tailwind CSS
Experience with CRM or marketing platforms
Experience from an agency environment
DevOps knowledge (Docker, CI/CD)
