Frontend–Fullstack Medior (Delivro.cz)

We’re Delivro.cz – an all-in-one shipping aggregation platform that unifies multiple carriers into one beautiful, simple interface.

We’re looking for a frontend-heavy fullstack medior developer to join our small, ambitious remote team and help us grow our SaaS platform – and get involved in other side projects too.

We’re not looking for someone who knows everything. We’re looking for a motivated problem solver who’s not afraid of unknown waters, learns fast, and wants to make things better with every commit.

🧠 What you should be good at

Frontend (main focus):

• TypeScript

• React (including state management – Context, Zustand, hooks)

• Next.js and understanding of SSR, SSG, and CSR

• Tailwind CSS

Fullstack (basic working knowledge):

• Postgres

• Relational database concepts (transactions, indexes, ACID, …)

• ORM (e.g., Prisma, Sequelize, etc.)

• Express.js

💎 Bonus points if you have experience with:

• Monorepo setup & management

• NestJS

• S3-compatible storage

• Inversion of Control

• Deployments via Nixpacks or familiarity with Vercel

• Zod (or similar schema validators for complex data)

• React Hook Form

• ShadCN UI

• Redis + BullMQ

• CMS platforms (Sanity, Prismic, Ghost)

• Pocketbase or Supabase

We work with cutting-edge technologies, and our senior developers love staying up to date with the latest tools.

That said – we’re not a corporate environment. Our codebase isn’t perfect or heavily documented, and sometimes you’ll have to figure things out as you go.

There’s no micromanagement, just freedom and responsibility. Everyone wears multiple hats – coding, planning, testing, and even helping define new features when specs or designs are missing.

You’ll get the raw startup experience: some chaos, high-momentum sprints, occasional quiet periods… but most importantly, a lot of fun and learning.
