🧩 Your Mission
Build end-to-end AI solutions that solve real problems
- Design and develop GenAI applications, RAG systems, and autonomous agent workflows from concept to production.
- Create full-stack applications using Python and React that transform complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
Bridge research and production
- Research and integrate cutting-edge AI frameworks with existing enterprise systems and customer infrastructure.
- Take ownership of the entire technology lifecycle – from proof-of-concept to scalable deployment.
Shape AI adoption across industries
- Collaborate with customers to productionize AI solutions in manufacturing, logistics, finance, and cybersecurity.
- Build prototypes and demos that prove business value and drive AI transformation.
Scale solutions in cloud environments
- Deploy and maintain AI systems on major cloud providers (Azure, AWS).
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and security best practices for production AI applications.
🧠 What Will Help You Succeed
- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience with Python and full-stack development
- Hands-on DevOps expertise – cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS), CI/CD pipelines, containerization
- Database management skills – both SQL and NoSQL for AI data workflows
- Security and performance mindset – building scalable, production-ready AI systems
- University degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- Self-driven approach – ownership mindset in a fast-paced environment
➕ Nice to Have
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, TensorFlow)
- Familiarity with LLM integration and real-world AI applications
- Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform)
