We’re looking for a Python-focused engineer with a strong interest in AI, who enjoys working across the stack and turning AI concepts into production-ready solutions. This is not a pure research role and not a pure frontend role - it’s a hands-on engineering position focused on building and deploying real-world AI applications. You’ll be part of our AI Productization team, helping transform AI prototypes into scalable solutions that deliver measurable business value.
🧩 What you’ll actually do
🧠 AI & Backend (Primary focus)
- Design and build GenAI-powered applications (RAG systems, LLM integrations, agent workflows)
- Develop backend services in Python
- Integrate AI frameworks (OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, etc.)
- Solve real-world deployment challenges (LLMs in cloud and on-premise setups)
🌐 Full-Stack Implementation (Secondary focus)
- Build effective React-based UIs to demonstrate and validate AI solutions
- Develop APIs and connect the frontend with the backend services
- Create interfaces that help customers adopt AI solutions
🚀 DevOps & Productionization
- Deploy solutions on Azure/AWS
- Work with CI/CD pipelines
- Leverage managed AI/MLOps services
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance
🔎 What we’re really looking for
Must-have (core profile)
- 2+ years of experience in Python software development
- Strong understanding of backend architecture and APIs
- Experience delivering production-ready applications
- Ability to take ownership from idea to deployment
Important but flexible
- Experience with React (comfortable building functional UI, not necessarily a senior frontend expert)
- Experience with AI/LLM integration or a strong interest in growing into it
- Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD principles
- Experience with database management (SQL and/or noSQL)
Nice to have
- Experience with RAG systems or LLM-based applications
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- AI framework experience (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain)
- Cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), including deployment of AI workloads; relevant certifications are a plus
We understand this role spans multiple domains. We don’t expect deep senior expertise in all of them. We’re looking for a strong Python engineer who is comfortable across the stack and motivated to grow in AI.
