You can work from anywhere in Europe or join us in our newly renovated modern office in the center of Brno.
How we work
We work in 2-week sprints.
We plan development in Jira, as well as individual tasks.
Our applications run in Docker containers, we version Ansible playbooks in Git and keep documentation in Confluence.
Google Workspace is used for electronic communication (Chat, Meet, Email).
The company's structure is based on the unFIX model, which helps innovation and agile development.
What you will do
Demand Generation: Build and scale a demand engine to deliver qualified pipeline contributions, across our business models from self-service (online sales) to customized-service (direct sales).
Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and develop a team of A-Players across demand generation, content creation, product marketing, data analytics and web development.
Perfect understanding of customers, including segmentation and relevant channels for our industry.
Product Marketing: Define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that differentiate us against commercial and open-source competitors. Ensure marketing coverage of product launches with compelling communication stories and campaigns.
Gen-AI driven Growth: Explore an AI-driven marketing organisation, train and facilitate the team to leverage GenAI in the daily work.
Analytics & ROI: Define and track marketing KPIs like CAC/LTV ratio, ARR impact and attribution to ensure accountability and continuous optimization on any activities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Customer Success and Product, to align marketing with business priorities and growth strategies.
What we expect from you
Proven Leader: 8+ years in B2B (SaaS) marketing, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role. Familiar with remote leadership and team structures.
Growth Driver: Deep expertise in demand generation, product marketing, and brand building with a track record of driving ARR growth and pipeline contribution.
Marketing automation & GenAI/Agentic mindset: Proven experience or willingness to build AI tools like agents, assistants and marketing automation.
Data-Driven Strategist: Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using data to optimize CAC, LTV and channel attribution.
Global Mindset: Experience in running campaigns and teams across Europe, US and emerging markets.
Storyteller: Exceptional communication skills to simplify complex concepts, inspire stakeholders, and position the company as an innovative industry leader.
Builder Mentality: Thrives in a fast-moving environment — entrepreneurial, hands-on, and resourceful
- Language skills: English native/proficiency, any other European language is a plus e.g. German, French, Spanish or Czech.
