We're looking for an experienced full-stack engineer who enjoys making apps that put customers first, to join a team working on customer design tools and experience. (candidates need to be located in Czech republic)

At Custom Ink, we are building an e-commerce platform on which you can design and order custom-printed swag. We also develop the operations and supply chain tooling that powers our business.

What will your responsibilities be?

Work proactively with engineers and partners to solve challenges associated with a growing, high-volume, customer-driven ecommerce and retail business.
Work as a full stack engineer to deliver an optimal Web experience for our customers and intuitive tools for the Inkers to assist our customers.
Have ownership of critical functionality related to the Custom Ink platform by resolving defects (your own or your team’s), keep gems/modules/frameworks up to date, and support the team in emergency situations (attacks or outages).
Participate in Agile, test-driven development cycles and the rewards that come with delivering technology that has instant impact on a growing business
Participate in an on-call support rotation providing prompt response to production incidents.

What are we looking for?

2-4 years of work experience in designing, developing, and maintaining public-facing Web applications deployed in the AWS environment
Background in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems preferred
Full stack engineer - You are comfortable in the browser, the database, and everything in between
Demonstrated and documented interest in dynamic Web languages, evolving frameworks, AWS/serverless platforms and other progressive technologies that could be applied to improving the Custom Ink Web experience
Well qualified candidates would also have experience with the following: JavaScript (React/Node/NextJS), TypeScript, Ruby, Rails (or equivalent MVC framework), SQL, Git.
Experience with comparable web frameworks will be considered as well.
Exposure and excitement about AI coding tools (Copilot/ClaudeCode/Cursor/ChatGPT) and Agentic Programming.
