Position Description

We're looking for an experienced Back-end or Full-stack developer who'd join our team of 40+ engineers, designers, and product experts working on complex modernization projects for international clients.

Our company is built on people, especially people with ownership - competent enough to take responsibility, drive projects, be aware of dependencies, and overcome obstacles. We offer support and consultation, but try to stay away from micromanagement.

We prefer long-term collaborations with clients so we have the time to refine every detail and bring projects to perfection. By the same logic, we are looking for a long-term member of our BE/Django team on-site in Brno or Prague offices. We prefer on-site collaboration in Brno/Prague, but we’re open to remote collaboration for exceptional candidates.

In addition to client projects, we also work on internal projects, which you are welcome to join. If you already have ideas for your projects, we’d love to hear about them. If we like them, we’ll talk about how to bring them to life together.

What You’ll Work On

Platform integration
Building and integrating APIs between third-party and internal systems
Modernizing back-end services for scalability and performance
Designing data flows and synchronization between multiple systems
Ensuring smooth end-to-end integrations with the front-end
Solving complex integration and performance issues

We are looking for developers with:

Strong knowledge of Python and Django (or Django REST Framework)
Experience designing and maintaining scalable REST or GraphQL APIs
Solid understanding of SQL databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL) and ORM best practices
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or similar) and containerization (Docker)
Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
A good sense of code quality, awareness of design patterns, and performance
Initiative and ideas for solving technical problems

If you also know about these, it’s a big advantage:

Experience with AI-first development (Cursor, Windsurt, Codex, ...)
Experience with React/Vue
Understanding of TypeScript
Open to collaboration with other colleagues and mentoring

Sharing the Github/Stackoverflow profile is never a bad idea.
