.NET Support Developer

Our Prague team is growing—and we’re looking for a sharp, curious, and dependable Support Developer to join us.
🚀 What You'll Do
As a Support Developer, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and stability of our platform. You'll investigate and resolve production issues, fix bugs, and support technical implementations for our customers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a cross-functional environment and is eager to dive deep into technical challenges.
Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents and defects
Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions
Design and implement features using C# and XAML
Collaborate closely with developers, QA, DevOps, and client-facing teams
Support configuration and deployment of client implementations
Continuously improve our support and dev processes, tooling, and documentation
💡 What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience with C#, MSSQL, and Microsoft Web API
Exposure to XAML-based technologies (UWP, WPF, Xamarin) is a plus
Strong experience with XML, JSON, and B2B applications
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Team player comfortable collaborating across departments
🎓 Preferred Background
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field
Fluent in English (written & spoken)
Detail-oriented, honest, and proactive communicator
Passion for solving problems and delivering great user experience
