🧠 Who are we looking for?
A CMO who’s not afraid of data, understands people and algorithms, and has a sharp sense for brand building.
Someone who:
Feels at home in data – knows how to read it, interpret the context, and take meaningful action.
Can evaluate ad channel performance and lead a team focused on performance marketing – and knows that ROI is more than just a ROAS spreadsheet.
Has growth in their DNA – always experimenting, optimizing, and testing new paths.
Knows how to build a global brand – in look, tone, strategy, and product positioning.
Has experience with mobile apps or can quickly adapt – understands terms like retention, DAU/MAU, ASO, or subscription funnel.
👉 Coming from a senior SaaS leadership role? Mobile experience isn’t a dealbreaker if you bring the right mindset and track record of growth.
Is a connector – brings together product, development, design, support, and business.
Speaks and writes English fluently – our team is international, and most communication happens in English.
Embraces AI tools – understands their power and how to use them effectively for planning, analysis, creativity, and productivity.

Lead and grow our marketing team – from content to performance.
Own the key marketing metrics – cost, ROI, conversions, acquisition, and retention.
Design and evaluate growth strategies – scale what works, test what might.
Work closely with product – marketing and product are deeply integrated at AppBlock.
Shape the positioning and messaging of the AppBlock brand – with global consistency and clarity.
Build and nurture relationships with partners – Google, Apple, Meta, TikTok – and look for new opportunities.
Collaborate directly with the CEO – you’re not an executor, you’re a strategic partner.
Leverage the full power of modern AI tools – from ideation to automation.
Explore new channels and approaches – influencer marketing, community growth, new markets, new distribution models.
