Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a visionary tech leader who’s not afraid of a challenge. Someone who thinks strategically but also understands modern technologies and isn’t afraid to dive into technical details. A CTO who can act as a partner to both the business and engineering teams, align technology with company goals, and drive our product and team forward.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and execute an overall technology roadmap, focusing on innovation and growth
- Lead research, development and integration of AI technologies across our product portfolio
- Manage, lead, and mentor a high-performing development team
- Architect and oversee our cloud infrastructure supporting a secure, reliable and scalable platform
- Work closely with product management to define a product roadmap and ensure timely, continuous delivery
- Champion a world-class quality mindset and flawless execution
- Align technology strategy and operations with commercial targets
- Develop internal tools and infrastructure to support day-to-day operations and growth
Required experience:
- Strong understanding of web-based applications and technologies
- Architectural background with cloud-native applications (AWS preferred)
- Deep expertise and hands-on experience delivering AI-enabled products or features
- Hands-on experience developing and supporting B2B SaaS products
- Proven track record managing hybrid/remote teams
