The Role
As the Medior Platform Engineer, you´ll be responsible for development and maintenance of components vital for secure and reliable operation of services developed by internal and external teams. The covered domains include runtime platform (Kubernetes), deployment orchestration (GitLab, Jenkins, ArgoCD), log aggregation (Loki), IAM platform (Keycloak), server management (RHEL and clones).
Tasks will include support to development teams, maintenance of existing systems, their further improvements and development of solutions for blind spots.
About You
We’re excited to learn from your experience and what you can bring to the team but there are a few things that’ll help you succeed in this position:
- at least 5 years of experience on similar position
- fluent in Linux server administration
- proficient in at least one automation tool (Ansible, Puppet, etc.)
- experience with container operations (Kubernetes, OpenShift, or similar)
- you know how to use git, infrastructure as code is the default mindset
- ability to read logs
- problem-solving skills
- experience with deployment pipelines (Gitlab CI, Jenkins, etc.) welcome
- common knowledge of reverse proxying and related HTTP features welcome
- nice-to-have: experience with operating clusters of some of: Keycloak, Alfresco, MongoDB, RabbitMQ
- independent, proactive mindset, reliability and outstanding communication skills: we expect you to be fluent in Czech and as our official language is English, proficiency at a minimum of B2 level is required

Salary: 50,000 CZK - 100,000 CZK per month
