We build AI products. Real products with real users. Document management systems with automated classification, agentic pipelines, internal tooling — the systems that sit between domain experts and their data. The kind of work where approximate correctness is not acceptable.
What you'd work on
The work varies by project. We have several products in development, alongside client work and internal tooling. Stacks are chosen per project, so the specifics shift, but most of our work sits somewhere in the space of typed languages on the front-end, Python on the back-end, a relational database underneath, and a major cloud provider around it.
Language models and machine learning are part of the default toolkit, not a separate specialty. On a given day you might be building an interface, tuning a classifier, or designing a schema. End-to-end ownership is the norm.
Who we're looking for
- Several years of experience shipping production software
- Comfortable picking up a new framework or language when the project calls for it
- Familiar with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and comfortable working in cloud environments end to end
- AI-first by instinct — you reach for a language model or a trained component the same way you reach for a standard library, and you know when not to
- Comfortable owning a feature from schema to interface
- Clear opinions about quality, and the judgment to defend them
