Your mission:

• Build and scale real-world AI platforms for industries like banking and logistics to help them achieve both financial savings and sustainability
• Work on diverse projects, ranging from CO₂ saving optimization engines to GenAI-powered platforms for global enterprises
• Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and business experts to deliver robust, production-ready systems
• Own the roadmap by shaping new features and ensuring infrastructure stability for both internal and client stakeholders
• Expand your technology expertise by setting up infrastructure on major cloud providers, exploring the AI/AIOps/MLOps space, and solving unique challenges like on-premise LLM setups
• Research the most effective tools (including existing products and platforms) to solve business problems and integrate them into our customers' internal and external systems

What will help you succeed:

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2+ years of professional experience in software engineering and DevOps
• Proficiency in backend development in Python
• Practical experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS) and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with database management (SQL and/or NoSQL)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, such as Terraform
• Knowledge of security best practices and performance optimization for scalable products
• A proactive approach with the ability to take ownership and deliver results

Bonus points for you if you have:

• Experience with AI tools and frameworks such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, or LangChain
• Experience with No-code/Low-code AI tools
• Familiarity with integrating LLMs into practical use cases in real-world applications
• Certifications in cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
