Selendia AI is building an all-in-one AI Suite for B2C and B2B. We ship 20+ apps under one account and develop products like AI transcription, real-time translation, advanced voice personas, a Prompt Library, AI mini tools (ROI calculator, readiness checklist), and B2B solutions for sales process optimization and AI search visibility.
We are looking for a Full-stack Developer to help us ship features fast, clean, and reliably. If you enjoy startup execution, building real user-facing products, integrating AI APIs, and turning workflows into simple tools for people and teams, you will fit right in.
What you will do
Build and iterate our web app (B2C and B2B), from UI to backend
Design and implement AI workflows (prompting, evaluation, guardrails, cost control)
Integrate AI services and tools (transcription, translation, content generation)
Work with databases, file storage, and user accounts
Improve performance, reliability, monitoring, and security best practices
Collaborate directly with the CTO on roadmap and priorities
What we are looking for
Strong end-to-end web development skills (frontend + backend)
Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern framework (React, Next.js, or similar)
Solid understanding of REST APIs, databases (Postgres, etc.), and authentication
Product mindset and good UX intuition
Clear communication and ownership
Nice to have
Experience integrating AI APIs, prompt engineering, and token cost management
Audio/transcription or real-time features experience
Basic DevOps skills (Docker, CI/CD, monitoring)
