TechOps Engineer (Infrastructure + Hardware + CI/CD + Azure Cloud)
We’re looking for a TechOps Engineer who thrives in fast-moving, engineering-first environments.
This role spans through Hardware maintenance, Azure cloud infrastructure, CI/CD and build automation, and Internal tooling and developer productivity
You will be the operational backbone that keeps our systems reliable, fast, and ready for scale.
This is not a narrow DevOps job. You will own the full technical operational stack that powers gaming QA, automotive, and dual-use deployments.
What will be your scope of work / What should be your previous experience
Azure Cloud Infrastructure
Maintain and evolve our Azure-based environments (VMs, VNets, NSGs, Storage Accounts, Key Vault, Azure AD/Entra ID)
Manage deployment, scaling, monitoring, and security of production and R&D systems
Write and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates)
Hardware & On-Prem Systems Operations
Manage local lab hardware: Linux servers, GPU machines, dev kits, test rigs
Configure OS images, storage, networking, monitoring, backups
Troubleshoot hardware failures, performance bottlenecks, and system-level issues
CI/CD & Build Automation - nice to have
Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps Pipelines, etc.)
Maintain build and deployment scripts for Python and internal agent frameworks
Implement automated testing workflows, artifact pipelines, environment provisioning, and release automation
Automation & Developer Efficiency - nice to have
Identify bottlenecks in engineering workflows and automate them
Build internal utilities and tools (Python/Bash/PowerShell)
Reduce friction, speed up iteration cycles, and improve reliability across environments
