Talentpilot was founded with a simple vision: to empower any individual or organization to build great work environments.

Whether we are happy at work is primarily determined by how our supervisor treats us. If he or she understands what our values, ambitions, motivations or personality are and works with us accordingly, there is a high probability that we will be happy at work because our needs will be met.

But... It's easier said than done. People management is a complex discipline. It's a skill that needs to be honed.

Talentpilot was created to help with that. In February 2024, after a long development process, we launched our GenAI platform for great people management, giving everyone who works with people superpowers. Whether it's a recruiter or a manager, all they have to do is describe the situation they want to solve to our system (e.g. "How will candidate Jan change the dynamic in the Marketing team if we hire him?") and our AI will answer based on psychodiagnostic data from candidates and team members.

Our clients include Česká spořitelna, J&T Banka, NOTINO, Aero Vodochody, CPI, and others.
