Position Overview:

PromethistAI is seeking a skilled and creative Senior UI/UX Designer to join our product team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience and interface of our AI solutions. Your work will directly impact how our clients interact with our technology and the success of our products. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design of cutting-edge AI solutions in a fast-paced startup environment. While hands on with the product you will also help lead a small team of designers as well.

Key Responsibilities:

User Interface Design: Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our AI solutions, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
User Experience Design: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to optimize the overall user experience of our products.
Product Enhancement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving the design and functionality of our AI solutions.
Design Guidelines: Establish and maintain design guidelines, ensuring consistency across all product interfaces and interactions.
Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to make data-driven design decisions.
Accessibility: Ensure that our products are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities, by adhering to accessibility standards.
Graphic Design: Create graphics, icons, and other visual assets to enhance the overall design of our products.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into design solutions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Ability to conduct user research and usability testing.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
