We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities:

Organization of tax accounting: tax declaration: VAT, Income Tax, Salary’s Tax and other; pay roll, tax audit;
Financial policies and procedures developing;
Short-term, medium-term and long term business plan and financial model developing;
Analysis and assessment of financial risks;
Monitoring and compliance within financial discipline;
Analysis of financial and economic activities and the search for reserves to increase profits;
Optimization of the company's expenses;
Organization of performance on the budget;
Organization of management accounting, which includes: cash flow budget, the budget of revenues and expenditures;
Preparation of financial statements for shareholders;
Cash management;
Budgeting and forecasting of company;
Participate and implement in the development of business plan;
Attracting financial resources (bank loan, guaranty and ets);

Qualification and experience required:

Proven track record (at least 3 years of experience), with one year in a leadership position or senior role with experience in accounting,
Experience working knowledge of budgeting, business development, and strategic planning;
Commercial mindset and a good understanding of main rules of sales and business development process;
