Delivery Lead

Prague (hybrid) or remote within Czechia · Full-time

We’re hiring a Head of Delivery to keep delivery fast, predictable, and high quality across multiple teams. This is a mid-weight role: real ownership, hands-on.You’ll make sure we ship human-centric products quickly, with controlled scope and solid technical quality — and you’ll step in early when things drift.

What you’ll do

• Own delivery predictability across temas: timelines, scope, risks, project health.
• Run lightweight delivery cadence: planning, reviews, retros, reporting.
• Keep production quality sane with Tech Leads (minimum release standards, fewer regressions).
• Coordinate capacity and allocations with HR; push back when capacity/skills aren’t there.
• Work with Growth and Finance on commitments, forecasting, and escalations.
• Improve delivery using metrics (cycle time, on-time rate, incidents) and practical tooling/AI support.

What success looks like

• Fewer surprises, clearer commitments, healthier delivery flow.
• Better release quality (fewer serious bugs/incidents).
• Teams follow a consistent cadence without bureaucracy.
• More realistic capacity planning.

You’ll fit if you have

• Experience running delivery across multiple teams/projects (studio/agency or product org).
• Strong planning, scope control, and risk instincts.
• Enough technical understanding to challenge bad shortcuts and talk credibly with Tech Leads.
• Calm pushback + escalation skills.
• Professional English required (daily work with English-speaking stakeholders).
