About the Role
As an Integration Solutions Specialist, you will help clients integrate our platform into their websites and business processes. You’ll work closely with customers and their technical teams to choose the right integration approach, assist with setup, and resolve technical questions. The role combines hands-on web integrations, clear communication, and creating practical documentation to ensure smooth and scalable implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with integrating our platform into their websites and business processes (e.g., integrating our tracking snippets into their ecommerce solutions)
- Creating custom integration methods and utilizing existing guides or exploring third-party services to determine integration possibilities
- Documenting new integration approaches in the form of articles for our Knowledge Base (e.g., creating guides when new services are integrated for the first time)
- Occasionally assisting on live chat support with technical client queries
- Conducting introduction calls with clients and their technical teams to gather details needed to select the appropriate integration method and create step-by-step guides for setup
- Providing direct setup assistance for clients when necessary
Required:
- Experience with JavaScript coding and web development (though this role does not necessarily require an advanced programmer, but rather someone with a solid technical understanding)
- Experience in customer support, particularly in a technical or integration-focused role
- Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to leverage them to assist in problem-solving and creating functional integration solutions
- A systematic approach to problem-solving and good organizational skills
- A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new tools and services
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken
