About the Role
Lead UX-focused digital projects for Italian clients, from website improvements to larger UX and content updates.
Must-have Skills
- Fluent Italian (B2+ / Native) and English
- Experience in digital or UX-focused project management
- Strong UX and usability understanding
- CMS experience
- Clear communication and organization
- Occasional business travel around Europe (up to quarterly)
Nice-to-have Skills
- Agency background
- CRM or marketing projects
- International client experience
Ideal Candidate
You enjoy delivering high-quality UX solutions and owning projects end to end. You can start as early as January 2026 or as soon as possible based on our conversation in interviews.
