Salesforce Consultant (CRM & Sales Cloud)
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Consultant (CRM & Sales Cloud) who can both design solutions and build them independently. This role combines practical Salesforce configuration with light client consulting and is ideal for someone who takes ownership, enjoys delivery responsibility, and consistently delivers high-quality, well-thought-out solutions.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, including configuration of:
Leads, Accounts, Contacts
Opportunities, Pipelines, Forecasting
Strong ability to analyze client business and sales processes and translate them into Salesforce solutions
Practical experience with no-code / low-code automation, including:
Flows
Validation rules
Approval processes
Experience working directly with clients on:
Requirements gathering
Solution design
Backlog prioritization
Ability to design reports and dashboards for sales teams and management
Experience collaborating with developers on custom Salesforce solutions
Hands-on involvement in:
UAT support
User training
Solution roll-out and adoption support
Strong analytical thinking, structured approach, and attention to detail
English at professional working level
Nice to Have
Experience with complex or international Salesforce implementations
Knowledge of other Salesforce clouds (e.g. Marketing Cloud) or integrations
Experience working in agency or consulting environments
Experience with API integrations
Familiarity with agile delivery (Scrum / Kanban)

Not afraid of detail and motivated to see solutions through to production
Enjoys combining hands-on configuration with light consulting and user support

Contract: Contractor / freelance cooperation (long-term preferred)
Seniority: Senior (hands-on, delivery-focused)
Location: Prague (hybrid – 2–3 days per week in the office)
Language: Fluent English; Czech or Slovak required
