About the Role
Senior delivery role responsible for leading a call-center implementation across six international markets. Full end-to-end ownership and coordination of internal teams and external vendors.

Must-have Skills

  • Proven experience with multi-market call center implementations
  • Strong background in international project delivery
  • Senior-level client communication
  • Ownership of budget, timelines, and dependencies
  • Experience from agency or service-delivery environments
  • Occasional business travel around Europe (up to quarterly)

Nice-to-have Skills

  • CRM implementation experience
  • Call center + CRM integrations
  • European market experience
