About the Role
Senior delivery role responsible for leading a call-center implementation across six international markets. Full end-to-end ownership and coordination of internal teams and external vendors.
Must-have Skills
- Proven experience with multi-market call center implementations
- Strong background in international project delivery
- Senior-level client communication
- Ownership of budget, timelines, and dependencies
- Experience from agency or service-delivery environments
- Occasional business travel around Europe (up to quarterly)
Nice-to-have Skills
- CRM implementation experience
- Call center + CRM integrations
- European market experience
