Project Manager - Call Centers Implementation
About the Role
This is a key delivery role responsible for leading the implementation of a call center solution across six international markets, with CRM as an important supporting layer. You will own the project end-to-end, act as a trusted partner to our client, and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external implementation partners. The role suits a senior professional who enjoys complex delivery, clear ownership, and building confidence through high-quality execution.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
Proven experience leading call center implementations across multiple markets — this is a core requirement
Strong background in managing complex, international projects for enterprise clients
Experience acting as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
Ability to coordinate internal teams and external implementation partners, including vendors and system integrators
Hands-on ownership of projects end-to-end: from planning through delivery and go-live
Solid experience with planning and control of budget, capacity, timelines, and dependencies
Confident, senior-level client communication — including regular progress updates and expectation management
Proven experience from an agency or service-delivery environment, where delivery quality and client trust are critical
Nice to Have
Experience with CRM implementations in an international setup (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or similar - Strongly Preferred)
Exposure to CRM + call center integrations
Experience working across multiple European markets
Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, or similar
