Integration Consultant (Czech/Slovak)
Our company specializes in comprehensive HR management services, focusing on business consulting, process design, and implementing SuccessFactors, a modern HR cloud solution. With a growing demand for our services, we're seeking a Consultant to join our Integration Team.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting implementation and configuration activities within SAP SuccessFactors and related integration components
- Assisting with system integrations between SuccessFactors and third-party systems (e.g. payroll, time management, external HR systems)
- Analyzing business and technical requirements and helping translate them into functional or technical solutions
- Participating in testing activities and supporting issue resolution
- Preparing and maintaining technical and functional documentation, including specifications, mappings, and test cases
- Supporting data analysis, data validation, and basic troubleshooting of integration or system issues
- Collaborating closely with senior consultants, developers, and project managers on customer projects
- Continuously learning SAP SuccessFactors, integration technologies, and consulting best practices
Must-have Qualification:
- Basic understanding of SAP environments or another ERP/HRIS system
- Strong interest in SAP SuccessFactors and system-to-system integrations.
- Familiarity with APIs (REST/SOAP) and common data formats (XML, JSON).
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation.
- Solid analytical thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Technical skills (nice to have):
- Basic exposure to SAP CPI / Integration Suite.
- Fundamentals of ABAP or another programming/scripting language (Groovy, Python, Java).
- Understanding of data mapping, transformations, or integration logic.
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors modules (EC, Recruiting, Onboarding…) is a plus.
Soft skills:
- Proactive mindset and ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
- Good communication skills and willingness to talk to clients or internal consultants.
- Strong motivation to grow into a full Integration Consultant role within 6–12 months.
- Ability to document your work clearly and follow development standards.
