Hi! 👋
At Localazy, we help companies make their products and services available in the languages their customers actually speak. Our platform powers translation workflows in 110+ countries and has helped over 500 million people use apps and read content in their native language. 🌍
We’re a fully remote team spread across Europe, but our core is in the Czech Republic around Brno. We care about working openly, staying flexible, and giving everyone space to grow. You won’t just be ticking off tasks, you’ll help shape how we work and where our product goes next.
We're looking for a developer to join our product team. You'll work closely with other developers and help build new product features and optimize UX.
🚩 What you'll be doing:
- Building new features for Localazy (localization automation system)
- Optimizing UI performance for handling large volumes of data
- Working with backend developers and designer on complex features
- Writing tests, code reviews and sharing knowledge with other developers on the team
- Room for your own ideas – from prototype to production
The work is varied, creative, and fast-paced. You’ll have room to explore and the freedom to see them through.
🧰 What you’ll work with:
- TypeScript / JavaScript
- Vue 3 / Nuxt 4
- Tailwind / Cypress / Vitest / Vite / Pinia
- Data stack: SQL, dbt, RudderStack, BigQuery (optional)
We’ll help you learn, and we’ll value the knowledge and perspective you bring to our diverse team.
🤝 What we offer:
- A product people genuinely love, with real traction 💙
- A fully remote, async-friendly environment with flexible hours
- Freedom to experiment and ship without red tape
- Yearly in-person team retreats 🍻
- A team of friends who are fun to work with and easy to talk to
- A place to learn, grow, and actually enjoy your work
We don’t need an extensive CV or a cover letter. Let’s hop on a quick call. We’ll explain what we do in more detail, discuss what you’d enjoy working on, and hopefully it’ll be a match! Depending on your prior experience, you may also receive a brief entry assignment.
