Content Marketing Specialist (B2B SaaS, Hands-On)
We’re a fast-growing B2B SaaS company that grew 2x in the last year.. We move quickly, innovate constantly, and aren’t afraid to try new things — which is why we’re looking for someone with the same mindset: flexible, resilient, brave enough to take action, and confident to own projects end-to-end to join our Marketing team.
As our Content Marketing Specialist, you’ll turn strategy into high-quality content — from landing pages and comparison pieces to articles and guides — collaborating with designers to make your work visually compelling. This is a hands-on role for someone who can work independently, deliver results, and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Position Level / Who This Role Is For
- This is not an entry-level or junior content role — you should be able to take full ownership of projects end-to-end.
- This is not a senior/strategic-only position — we’re looking for someone who produces content at scale, collaborates closely with the team, and delivers results, not just plans.
- Ideal for a mid-senior content marketing professional who is both strategic enough to understand messaging nuances and hands-on enough to execute independently.
What You’ll Own
This role is 90% execution, 10% strategy. You will be the engine behind our content footprint.
Execution:
- Create new landing pages from idea to delivery: wireframe, messaging hierarchy, copy
- Adapt messaging for different segments and industries (mid-market and enterprise; SaaS and iGaming)
- Translate product value into clear, compelling copy
- Work closely with the graphic designer, developers, and marketing team to ensure alignment
- Optimize existing pages for clarity, conversions, and differentiation
- Turn high-level ideas into concrete deliverables with minimal oversight
- Own the workflow and tools, including no-code website builders, Figma, and task managers
- Iterate content to improve clarity, engagement, and conversion based on the feedback to market changes.
Light Strategy – We said light — you won’t be writing 40-page GTM decks.
- Contribute to content strategy for new markets and personas
- Identify content gaps and propose what should exist
- Support messaging refinement across funnels
What You Must Bring
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS content marketing
- Proven ability to produce high-quality, conversion-focused landing pages
- Strong understanding of SaaS/B2B messaging — you know the difference between startup vs enterprise communication, and B2B vs B2C.
- Able to manage content projects independently from brief → delivery
- Confident using no-code website builders, Figma, and task management tools
- Ability to turn AI outputs into usable high-quality content (not generic GPT sludge)
- Excellent written English
- Comfort producing multiple content types at high frequency
- Comfortable collaborating directly with a cross-functional team (designers, developers, SEO experts).
Bonus, but not required:
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing
- Experience with technical or data-heavy products
- SEO basic understanding (we don’t need an SEO expert, just someone who isn’t clueless)
- Additional content skills: writing LinkedIn posts, publishing blogs, basic video editing.
Who You Are
- You are initiative person that is driven by innovation and technology.
- You don’t need micromanagement (but still get guidance)
- You understand the difference between copy and content.
- You know how to hear feedback.
- You actually enjoy producing — not just strategising from the sidelines.
What Success Looks Like in 3 Months
- You have a solid understanding of our product, target audience (ICPs), and messaging guardrails
- You’re consistently producing high-quality, conversion-focused landing pages and content assets
- You’ve improved copy clarity and messaging consistency across key touchpoints
- You can manage content projects end-to-end independently, from brief to delivery
- You feel confident making decisions, taking initiative, and suggesting improvements that impact results
- Your work is measurable, with content iterated based on performance and feedback
What You Get
- Room to grow with the company, take on new challenges, and expand your skills
- The opportunity to own projects end-to-end and shape content for a growing B2B SaaS business
- Flexibility and autonomy — you’ll be trusted to deliver without micromanagement
- A collaborative, cross-functional team where your ideas and initiative are valued
- Exposure to cutting-edge SaaS marketing strategies and hands-on experience in content, messaging, and landing page creation
- Competitive salary and benefits.
