Are you a people-oriented person who enjoys organizing, communicating, and making things happen?

We’re looking for an HR & Event Coordinator to support our growing international team by managing day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, and onboarding – while also organizing a few key company events each year.

You’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth HR processes, great candidate and employee experiences, and well-organized team gatherings. From screening candidates and preparing contracts to planning off-sites and keeping our internal communication vibrant, you’ll help strengthen both our people operations and our company culture.

Responsibilities:

HR Coordination

  • Serves as a first point of contact for HR and people-related questions across the company
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding for our global team, ensuring a professional, positive experience for candidates and new hires
  • Maintain HR documentation, manage personnel records in HRIS in a structured and compliant way
  • Support payroll processing and HR reporting with accurate and timely data
  • Keep internal HR communication clear and engaging (e.g., quarterly HR updates/newsletters)
  • Help maintain and continuously improve HR processes (hiring, onboarding, performance, offboarding)
  • Help maintain clear, up-to-date HR policies, handbooks, and internal guidelines
  • Support employer branding efforts through professional candidate communication and presence on job platforms
  • Support managers with HR-related questions and basic guidance on policies, processes, and best practices

Event Management

  • Plan and execute company events, workshops, off-sites, and team gatherings
  • Manage logistics, including travel arrangements, venues, catering, schedules, and budgeting 
  • Coordinate with vendors and participants to ensure smooth and successful events
  • Bring creative ideas to create engaging, memorable experiences aligned with our culture

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in organizing company events or coordinating HR/recruitment activities
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with candidate communication, interview coordination, and onboarding
  • Confidence in working independently as well as collaborating across teams
  • Creative mindset and a genuine interest in people, culture, and team development
  • Pro-active approach 
  • Proficiency in English (C1)
