GLAMI is a leading fashion discovery search engine connecting millions of users with brands and e-retailers across 13 European markets. Our goal is to drive growth and maximize revenue in the region, and we’re looking for an experienced Account Manager Lead to lead our account management team and manage selected key accounts in Czechia and Slovakia.

🏋️‍♀️ THE CHALLENGE…

You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence in account management across all markets, supporting and mentoring the Account management team, improving workflows and processes, and personally managing selected key accounts in CZ and SK. Your aim is to optimize partner performance, strengthen team efficiency, and contribute to GLAMI’s growth in the local markets. This is a client-facing role that requires a native speaker.

📈AND THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES…

  • Team Leadership & Development – lead, mentor, and support the AM team, conduct performance evaluations, monitor workload, and ensure smooth day-to-day execution.
  • Account Management & Partner Support – manage selected key accounts in CZ and SK, maintain partner satisfaction, and support team members in portfolio performance and profitability improvements.
  • Process & Workflow Improvement – design and implement improvements in AM processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, n8n), and ensure best practices are applied across markets.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Management – maintain and update the Account Management handbook, ensure clarity and accessibility of team processes, and contribute to strategic documentation initiatives.
  • Finance coordination & issue resolution - coordinate invoicing processes with the Finance team, monitor outstanding financial topics, and support resolution of account-related queries.

✅ REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE…

  • Fluency in Slovak or Czech, proficiency in English.
  • At least 2 years of experience in account management, business development, or e-commerce, including a minimum of 1 year managing a team.
  • Ability to work independently, manage data, and drive process improvements.
  • Analytical mindset, proactive approach, and results-driven orientation.
  • Ability to guide and support team members through mentoring, knowledge-sharing, and constructive feedback.
  • Experience with CRM systems and automation tools (HubSpot experience is a plus).
