Position

We are looking for a highly organised person who enjoys working with technology and isn’t afraid to find creative ways to simplify or automate their work. In this role, you will be responsible for managing processes related to both new and existing employees, as well as supporting the smooth operation of our business, including processes and administrative tasks directly connected to our clients.

You will work closely with company leadership and also with our external accountant and lawyer, who will be available to support you. While we are happy to provide guidance when needed, we expect initiative and ownership.

This role offers the opportunity to become a key member of the team and contribute your own ideas and innovations that help improve our operations.

Since we primarily work with international clients, English is our standard language. We use it  in both internal communication and our day-to-day work.

What will you be doing? 📁

  • Administrative support for the business side of the company — preparing contracts, processing documents, communicating with vendors and partners regarding payments.

  • Communicating with candidates for open positions and building a long-term talent pool.

  • Handling the full onboarding and offboarding process, including all related administration.

  • Keeping personnel documentation up to date in line with internal guidelines and current legislation.

  • Preparing materials for our external accounting team — salaries, bonuses, benefits.

  • Automating internal processes as well as processes related to clients (contracts, invoicing, document flows).

  • Automating financial workflows and related administration (VAT, expenses, invoices, accounting inputs).

  • Taking responsibility for the annual company budget, its management, and ongoing optimisation.

  • Supporting compliance activities — basic ISO 27001-related tasks.

  • Working with data, reporting, and controlling — regularly checking records in our central system (timesheets, holidays, costs).

  • Identifying opportunities to improve or automate processes and implementing them in practice.

  • Managing contract and document records, including monitoring expirations.

Who are we looking for? 🕵️‍♀️

  • At least one year of experience in HR or an administrative role.

  • Willingness to learn about our business, projects, and the technologies we use.

  • Responsibility, reliability, and strong attention to detail.

  • A proactive mindset and the drive to find better ways of doing things.

  • Strong people skills, especially communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Someone who enjoys being around colleagues both in and outside the office (Brno office).

  • An intuitive approach to technology (online tools, internal systems) and a natural drive to simplify work.

  • Good command of English — used daily in both internal and client communication.

  • Basic understanding of labour law (advantage).

  • Ability to work independently with AI tools and automation platforms (advantage).
