Who are we looking for COO?

itrinity is rapidly growing, and we’re looking for an experienced COO to partner closely with our CEO in driving strategic initiatives, optimizing operations, and enhancing organizational efficiency. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth execution across departments, managing high-impact projects, and streamlining processes that help us scale effectively.

This position is strategically oriented yet deeply operational, requiring a balance between big-picture thinking and detailed execution. Your Mission

You’ll act as the CEO’s strategic partner and operational lead, translating high-level strategies into executable plans, optimizing operational processes, and driving cross-departmental alignment and execution to achieve company-wide goals.

Strategic & Operational Execution

  • Partner closely with the CEO to ensure alignment of strategic priorities and effective execution across the company.
  • Lead company-wide initiatives, ensuring clear objectives, efficient execution, and measurable outcomes.
  • Streamline operational processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and collaboration across teams.

Process Optimization & Efficiency

  • Drive continuous improvement of internal processes, enhancing productivity, team effectiveness, and collaboration among core departments (Product, Marketing, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Support).
  • Develop and monitor company-wide KPIs, aligning performance management with strategic business objectives.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Coordination

  • Facilitate clear, effective communication and alignment among senior leadership and across departmental teams.
  • Oversee customer support and success initiatives, aligning strategies to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate key operational projects, from inception through completion, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Sales Operations

  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to optimize CRM processes, sales operations, and data-driven decision-making.

AI Initiatives

  • Lead the company-wide initiative to boost employee efficiency by integrating AI solutions, training teams, and fostering continuous innovation in AI utilization.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Oversee compliance initiatives (e.g., SOC2, SLC, etc.), collaborating with finance, legal, and technical teams to ensure readiness and risk mitigation.

Financial & Growth Management

  • Contribute actively to itrinity’s financial health through strategic initiatives aimed at improving profitability, efficiency, and sustainable growth.

Must-Have

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic operations roles such as COO, Chief of Staff, Head of Operations, Project Management, or similar within high-growth startups or corporate environments.
  • Demonstrated capability in process optimization, cross-functional coordination, and strategic execution.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skillset, excellent multitasking handling.
  • Experience managing operational projects with measurable business impact.
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly in performance management and operational KPIs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; capable of influencing across all organizational levels.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience contributing to high-level company strategy and vision.
  • Familiarity with sales operations, CRM optimization, and data-driven sales environments.
  • Background or familiarity with AI and its business applications.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in dynamic, rapidly evolving environments.
