About the Role

This position is a great opportunity to learn, grow, and build a strong foundation in sales within a dynamic SaaS company. As a Junior Sales Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our sales operations — managing leads, engaging with prospects, and supporting the team in driving conversions.

Over time, you’ll have the chance to take on a broader scope, such as conducting discovery calls, helping create sales materials, and generating reports.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage HubSpot Sales Hub at an admin level: ensure CRM data is clean, structured, and up to date, with clean views, properties, and automations
  • Manage, qualify, and enroll inbound and outbound leads in HubSpot
  • Communicate with potential customers via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Telegram
  • Work closely with the Sales team to book more demos and improve our conversion funnel

Required:

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Mandatory hands-on experience with HubSpot (workflows, sequences, templates, forms, meeting calendars)
  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales or business development role
  • Eligibility to work in the Czech Republic and availability to work from our Prague 3 office
  • Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
