Weâre looking for a Web & Graphic Design Specialist who not only creates strong visual design, but also implements it directly in Framer. This is not a pure graphic design role â youâll be working hands-on inside our CMS, building pages, updating layouts, and ensuring design translates cleanly into a live web experience.
Youâll collaborate closely with Marketing and Product, take content and messaging, design the visuals, and then publish pages in Framer that look great and work well. If youâre someone who likes owning both the design and the implementation step - youâll fit right in.
Sometimes youâll be designing case studies, one-pagers, and landing pages.
Sometimes youâll be preparing visuals for global events.
Sometimes thereâs pizza in the office and someone challenging you to an Xbox match. đŽ

What youâll do â
Create visuals across web, social, print, and sales materials
Lead design projects from concept to delivery
Design landing pages and UI layouts (Figma, Framer, Salesforce)
Maintain and evolve the signageOS visual identity
Create screen and motion content for events and booths
Collaborate on campaign creative & messaging
Troubleshoot basic web/CMS issues when needed
Apply SEO best practices to web updates
Analyze performance and iterate on what works
What weâre looking for đŻ
3+ years in graphic/web design (Figma, Adobe, Canva)
Direct experience working in Framer
Understanding of digital marketing workflows and tools
Strong communication skills and ability to take & give feedback
Able to manage multiple projects smoothly
Organized, detail-focused, collaborative
English C1+
