👩‍💻 Who we're looking for?

💻 Software engineers with 3+ years of startup experience.
🤖 Curious about AI and LLMs.
✅ Experience shipping projects (personal, academic, or professional).
⚡ Product-minded and ready to learn fast.
🌟 Self-starter - proactive, independent, and detail-oriented.
🎓 Czech & English language proficiency.
🧑‍🔬 Nice to have: CS or STEM university degree.
