We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Office Administrator to join our team in Prague. In this hybrid role, you’ll handle both people operations and core office administration — ensuring that our team is supported and our day-to-day operations run smoothly.

You’ll work closely with the leadership to build scalable administrative and HR systems that support our growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves organization and people — and who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.


Office Administration & Operations Responsibilities

  • Process invoices, prepare payments, and manage employee expense reimbursements.

  • Manage relationships with office vendors and suppliers.

  • Oversee general office management, including supplies, equipment, and maintaining a great work environment.

  • Support the team with travel arrangements and other administrative requests.

  • Help implement and improve internal administrative processes and tools.


HR Responsibilities

  • Own the employee lifecycle — recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and offboarding.

  • Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and documentation in compliance with Czech labor law.

  • Coordinate payroll and benefits, acting as the main point of contact for our external providers.

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and organize team events.

  • Assist with performance review cycles, training, and personal development programs.
