The Role

We are looking for a result-driven, independent Business Development Manager to take full ownership of inbound leads, guiding them from first conversation through to contract signature and then growing those accounts over time.

This is a full-cycle, quota-carrying role that blends solution selling, CRM discipline, and close collaboration with our SMarketing and Product teams. You will be in a high-impact sales role where your results directly influence company growth and your earnings. You will impact how we go to market, engage clients, and create sales assets.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Follow up on inbound leads from our marketing team via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify prospects by asking the right questions about their needs, budget, and buying process.
  • Guide prospects through the full sales cycle, including:
      • Scheduling and running discovery calls.
      • Delivering presentations and product demos (with support from sales engineers when needed).
      • Coordinating with implementation leads to show how we deliver.
      • Handling and overcoming objections.
      • Negotiating and closing deals.
      • Log and update all activities in HubSpot: calls, emails, meetings, and deal stage.

Your Responsibilities

  • Hit annual targets combining new customer acquisition (setup fee + annualized MRR) and account expansion (upsells and MRR growth).
  • Use HubSpot daily for pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and reporting.
  • Co-create sales assets, case studies, and presentations together with the SMarketing team, ensuring campaigns and outreach align with client needs.
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts by checking in regularly, identifying upsell opportunities, and driving renewals.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS, platform, or technology sales, with a solution-selling approach.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas.
  • Ability to independently manage the sales process from start to finish.
  • Strong CRM skills (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Excellent data skills for analyzing opportunities, pipeline performance, and campaign results.
  • Strong presentation skills, able to explain complex solutions clearly to both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Tech-savvy background, familiarity with concepts like 3D modeling, UX design, system integrations, and manufacturing processes (we sell to manufacturers, not software companies).
  • Experience collaborating closely with marketing to produce client-facing materials and campaigns.
  • Fluent, native-like English; additional European languages strongly preferred.
