We are FaceUp, the number one online tool for anyone who wants to speak up. Since 2017, we've been helping thousands of schools worldwide combat bullying, cyberbullying, and other challenges their students are facing 🌎

Four years ago, we expanded into the corporate world, offering a secure whistleblowing platform for employees to report sensitive issues such as fraud, sexual harassment, or discrimination. FaceUp enables them to address concerns that are often difficult to discuss in person. Today, our corporate product is used by 1,500+ employers in 60 countries, and we are growing rapidly 🚀

We've recently secured new investment that will drive this dynamic growth, focusing on three main areas: team growth 🫶, product feature development and enhancement 💻, and targeted global expansion 📍

To support this growth and ensure our customers continue to receive exceptional care, we’re now looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our customer relationships — helping clients resolve their inquiries, guiding them through our platform, and ensuring they get the most value from FaceUp. You’ll work primarily through email and our HubSpot Help Desk, with occasional phone or video calls for more complex cases.

💬 What you’ll do

As our Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be the first line of contact for our customers — helping them with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring they get the most value out of FaceUp.

Your typical day will include:

  • Communicating with customers mainly via email, occasionally via phone or video call

  • Handling incoming inquiries and support tickets in our HubSpot Help Desk

  • Collaborating with other teams to resolve more complex cases

  • Identifying recurring issues and suggesting improvements

  • Updating and expanding our knowledge base and chat flows

  • Supporting the implementation of AI and automation in our support processes

🙌 We imagine you as someone who

  • Has previous experience in customer support or success (ideally in SaaS)

  • Has hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM/helpdesk system)

  • Communicates clearly, empathetically, and professionally — in Czech and English (both fluent)

  • Is tech-savvy and able to find answers independently

  • Enjoys problem-solving and staying calm under pressure

  • Has strong time management and organizational skills

  • Is a team player with a positive, pro-customer approach

  • (Bonus) Has experience with AI chatbots, chat automation, or flow setup
