Work in Switzerland as Test Automation Consultant (Tricentis Tosca, German speaking)
We are looking for a Test Automation Consultant with experience in Tricentis Tosca to join our team in Switzerland starting January 1, 2026. In this position, you will advise our customers on test automation and help transform testing from a roadblock into a catalyst for innovation in business and technology projects.
This collaboration is for the fixed duration of the project, with the possibility of prolongation. It’s an excellent opportunity to gain valuable consulting experience while working hands-on with market-leading test automation technology.
What you will do
- Implement test automation on customer projects using Tricentis Tosca
- Design test cases based on customer requirements (e.g., user stories)
- Create, execute, and maintain automated tests
- Work closely with developers and business analysts in agile teams or test centers
- Improve continuous software testing methods and processes with your team
- Communicate findings effectively and ensure quality issues are addressed
What you bring with you
- Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca
- Languages: Very good German skills (spoken and written); English also required
- Consulting: Prior consulting experience in software test automation is a strong advantage
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical thinking, structured approach, and excellent problem-solving skills
- Other: ISTQB certification is an advantage
