At Trezor, our e-shop is at the heart of our business — driving most of our revenue and shaping how customers experience our brand. We are looking for an E-commerce Product Lead to own and elevate this critical channel, ensuring it becomes the best e-commerce experience in the crypto space.

👉 What you’ll do?
Lead the strategy and execution of Trezor’s e-commerce platform, driving growth, conversion, education and customer satisfaction
Own and deliver on the e-shop product roadmap — ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, aligned with stakeholder needs, and supported by clear exploration and intake processes
Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Business, Support, Logistics, and Finance to deliver seamless end-to-end experiences
Oversee site performance, infrastructure, and backend systems to ensure a reliable, scalable, and high-performing shopping experience
Champion product experience: identify user pain points, enhance conversion flows, and ensure high-quality content and storytelling
Lead and mentor a small team of product managers working on digital products and educational initiatives
Serve as the central point of stakeholder management — aligning priorities, balancing business needs with technical realities, support/user needs and unlocking team success
💪 Who we’re looking for?
Proven track record in leading high-performing e-commerce platforms, ideally in a global and consumer goods environment
Experience with Agile Scrum methodology — including sprint planning, backlog management, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to deliver iterative value and improve team performance
Technical understanding of web infrastructure, backend systems, and performance optimization
Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making
Awareness of security, compliance, and a privacy-preserving e-commerce setup — essential in crypto and following our ethos as a company
Experience with global e-commerce operations (multi-currency, tax, logistics, payments, localization)
Familiarity with E-commerce tooling. Our tech stack: Figma, GitHub, Shopsys, Keboola, Flexibee, AWS, Metabase, GA, SimilarWeb, Zendesk, chatbot (Ada), ElasticSearch & Luigi’s Box
Customer-first approach: able to integrate user insights, support feedback, and customer data into product improvements
Commercial acumen — support the conversion optimization to customer lifecycle management
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills, win through the teams
Passion for user experience, content quality, and building customer trust
Experience leading teams and driving complex projects from idea to execution
Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Knowledge of the crypto space is a strong plus
