We are looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team in Prague. In this role, you will be the trusted partner for our customers — guiding them through onboarding, supporting them in their daily use, and making sure they get real value from our solutions. You’ll be the link between client needs and our product roadmap, helping both sides succeed.


What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients

  • Act as the voice of the customer, shaping sales and product direction

  • Ensure smooth onboarding and successful delivery of our solutions

  • Spot opportunities to grow business within existing accounts

  • Support clients with requests and resolve challenges quickly

  • Help reduce churn by ensuring high customer satisfaction


What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, ideally in SaaS/software

  • Experience working directly with clients and stakeholders

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Confidence in analyzing data and turning insights into action

  • A proactive, flexible, and hands-on mindset

  • Degree-level education preferred, but not essential
