We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Senior Marketing Specialist to lead content-driven marketing initiatives for our B2B Customer Data Platform (CDP) business. This role is ideal for a strategic yet execution-oriented marketer with exceptional content writing skills who can own the end-to-end process of messaging, positioning, and creating marketing assets that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. You will act as the guardian of our brand’s voice and messaging, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint - from our website and product pages to sales decks and PR campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, developers, product managers, consultants, and sales to deliver high-quality, impactful marketing programs.

Content & Messaging
- Develop and own brand messaging and product positioning across all channels.
- Write compelling, clear, and SEO-friendly copy for:
- product pages, landing pages, and the corporate website
- blog posts, thought leadership articles, and PR releases
- email campaigns, newsletters, and advertising copy
- social media content and paid campaign creatives
- sales enablement materials, case studies, and product collateral.
Website & Creative Project Management
- Lead the creative process for the website redesign and ongoing updates:
- create briefs for designers and developers
- oversee design execution and copy integration
- manage timelines and deliverables end-to-end
- conduct QA, ensuring brand alignment and content accuracy
- ensure proper analytics setup (Google Analytics, GTM) and tracking.
Marketing Campaigns & Demand Generation
- Plan and execute campaigns, webinars, and events to generate leads and drive engagement.
- Partner with the SEO advisor to improve website ranking and organic reach.
- Work closely with advertising partners to produce effective ad copy and creatives.
Thought Leadership & CDP Evangelism
- Collaborate with product and consulting teams to develop B2B CDP use cases and communicate their value to prospects and clients.
- Create thought leadership content (webinar titles, white papers, reports) showcasing industry insights and Meiro’s expertise.
Sales Enablement
- Produce and maintain sales decks, one-pagers, and case studies.
- Ensure alignment between marketing messaging and sales conversations.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Monitor marketing performance, report on KPIs, and optimize campaigns based on data.
- Manage marketing budget and planning in coordination with stakeholders.
🎯 The Skills You'll Bring
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, MarTech, or data-driven products.
- Exceptional writing skills – ability to craft clear, engaging, and persuasive content for different audiences and formats.
- Proven experience with content strategy, website management, and SEO.
- Hands-on experience with:
- CMS platforms (Framer, Strapi, or similar)
- Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)
- Collaboration tools (Figma, Asana/Jira, Slack, Notion, etc.)
- Strong project management skills – ability to juggle multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience with sales enablement and thought leadership content development.
- Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) or data-driven marketing is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with designers, developers, product teams, and consultants.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
