What You'll Do

Leadership & Strategy: Guide the AI team and foster cross-functional collaboration.
AI & ML Development: Build and manage advanced models (deep learning, NLP, reinforcement learning) and maintain a use case portfolio.
Data Engineering: Ensure high-quality data preparation and integration (RAG, API, databases).
Programming & Automation: Develop custom algorithms, automate training, and monitor models using Python or no-code tools.
Cloud Deployment: Deploy models on Microsoft Azure and leverage cloud AI/ML services.
RPA Integration: Enhance automation by integrating AI/ML with RPA tools.
Governance & Security: Define and evolve AI governance policies and operational models.
API & Libraries: Utilize APIs and machine learning libraries for scalable solutions.

Who We’re Looking For

Education & Experience:

Proven success in building and deploying advanced ML models.
Experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
Skilled in prompting, debugging, and working with multi-agent frameworks (a plus).

Technical Skills:

Expert in Python and Azure AI
Strong grasp of CI/CD, DevOps, and automation tools.
Comfortable with data pipelines and integration platforms.

Leadership & Soft Skills:

Analytical and creative with a focus on business impact.
Strong communicator across all stakeholder levels.
Tech-savvy and trend-aware, able to turn business needs into technical solutions.

Languages:

Fluent English required, Czech/Slovak is a plus for local collaboration.
