As a Senior Consultant with us, you won’t just follow trends - you’ll help define them. Using cutting-edge AI and cloud technology, you’ll partner with visionary leaders and hands-on experts to deliver game-changing solutions to the critical public sector.

🗝️ What will be your key responsibilities

act as a strategic bridge between client and technical teams – define needs, translate them into actionable plans, and ensure alignment with the mission goals throughout
facilitate client workshops, lead discussions, and help uncover pain points and opportunities
spot new opportunities – contribute to business development, upsell ideas, and shape future services
define and communicate high-level strategies and roadmaps that guide project direction
project management - budget control, capacity planning, maintaining backlog
empower team leads to deliver projects successfully by removing blockers and ensuring cross-team alignment
high-level knowledge of tools like Python, SQL, Azure, Databricks, OpenAI, HuggingFace, or PowerBI

🧬 What’s for this role necessary

extensive experience in consulting roles (especially with enterprise clients)
strong analytical and communication skills, capable of translating between tech and business
solid experience with project coordination or delivery support (especially in agile or cross-functional teams)
high-level understanding of AI and cloud technologies (hands-on experience not required)
professional level of English

⭐️ Bonus points if you have

experience with service desk models or operational support
willingness to occasionally travel to Brussels to meet client stakeholders in person
technical background (e.g., prior experience in development, architecture, or infrastructure)
education in a technical field
