THE ROLE
You will be working on a hyper-growth US Telehealth platform providing a comprehensive Telehealth infrastructure that powers virtual care for providers across the US. They offer a full-stack solution that includes provider networks, telemedicine software, and compliance tools, enabling the seamless delivery of remote healthcare. The company is in hyper-growth mode having 7x in size over 2024, already serving over 3 million patients across the US and continuing to grow exponentially.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Senior IT Analyst/Project Manager you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical development of the product.
Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements for the product, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
System Design & Architecture: Design and propose scalable system architectures, data models, and technical workflows
Technical Feasibility: Evaluate the technical feasibility of proposed features, identifying potential risks, dependencies, and opportunities for optimization.
Process Optimization: Analyze and improve technical processes, ensuring efficient integration of APIs, third-party services, and cloud-based infrastructure.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, QA, and design teams to ensure seamless translation of requirements into development-ready specifications and to support implementation throughout the product lifecycle.
Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data analytics to assess system performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend enhancements to improve product reliability and user experience.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system diagrams, API specifications, and user flows, to support development and stakeholder communication.
Progress Tracking & Reporting: Monitor project progress, manage tasks, and provide regular status reports to leadership.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a technical liaison between non-technical stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring clear communication of complex technical concepts.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Technical Expertise: 5+ years of experience as an IT Analyst with a strong understanding of cloud-based architectures (eg, AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, and microservices.
Project Management Skills: Ability to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.
Collaboration Champion: Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, developers, and designers
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, with a focus on creating precise documentation and ensuring technical accuracy in all deliverables.
SaaS Knowledge: Deep understanding of SaaS product lifecycles, including experience with agile methodologies, user story creation, and iterative development processes.
Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Miro or equivalent for requirements management, system design, and API testing.
Security: Familiarity with security best practices (HIPAA knowledge desirable but not essential)
Telehealth experience: Healthcare experience is preferred but not essential
