Bookbot is the largest re-commerce bookstore in the Czech Republic, with over 10 million sold books. Every day, we sell 25,000 books to new homes. We operate across 9 markets (CZ, SK, AT, DE, ES, IT, FR, NL, BE) and deliver to 40 countries worldwide. We are looking for an extraordinary CRM Manager. To drive our international revenue growth via CRM marketing.

What will you do
Own and develop CRM marketing across all markets (currently 9 countries).
Your KPIs: increase the proportion of customers who make a second order by 6% and the retention order rate by 4% within three months.
Optimise and expand existing automations, improving onboarding, post-purchase, reactivation and loyalty scenarios to increase efficiency and impact on CLV.
Launch new onboarding and retention flows for different customer segments.
Reporting and measuring the impact of CRM activities (Power BI, SQL) by introducing dashboards and regularly evaluating KPIs.
Personalise content and book recommendations (based on purchase history, genre or author) in emails and other channels.
Connecting CRM with paid channels (Meta, Google, remarketing) for cross-channel retention.
Cooperate with internal Copywriter, E-mail Content Specialist and other. You will report directly to Head of Performance Marketing, Ksenia. We also have internal Data and IT team.
About you
You can generate revenue by never-ending efforts to improve things and trying new approaches.
Strong ownership of results, constantly looking for ways to perform better.
Ability to build and manage complex automation and customer journeys (onboarding, post-purchase, reactivation, loyalty).
Experience with CRM platforms (ideally Bloomreach) and customer database segmentation.
Data-driven mindset and advanced data work: creating dashboards, monitoring KPIs, cohorts, RFM analysis, evaluating the impact of campaigns on CLV, repeat rate, retention, SQL basics – can independently extract and analyze data.

You prefer working on-site along the rest of the team.
Nice-to-have:
Knowledge of working with recommender algorithms/content personalization.
Ability to use CRM segments in performance marketing (lookalike audience, retargeting).
Experience with loyalty programs and their optimization.
