We’re now looking for a Venture Associate – someone who enjoys diving into new technologies, especially AI, and who can also connect people, ideas, and opportunities around them.

You’ll focus mainly on our AI-related investments and projects: exploring what’s next, turning research into actionable insight, and helping us grow the community of founders, researchers, and innovators shaping the future of AI.

What you’ll do

Scout new technologies and early-stage projects – especially in AI – test tools, run small demos, and give fast feedback on what’s real and what’s hype.
Support our AI-focused investments and projects – from market analysis to evaluating feasibility of product ideas.
Track key conversations, trends, and stories in AI and startups.
Connect with founders, researchers, and product builders – understand their needs and highlight their work.
Help us strengthen our community around AI – through events, collaborations, and sharing insights.

We’re looking for

Strong curiosity about tech, AI, and product innovation.
Ability to learn new tools and frameworks quickly, ideally with programming experience (Python preferred, but not required).
Analytical and research skills – you can distill signal from noise and bring clarity to complex topics.
A product-aware mindset – you see not just the tech, but how it solves real problems.
Community instincts – you care about people and what connects them.
Strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
English fluency (Czech not required, but a plus).

Nice to have

Experience working with or building digital products.
Understanding of LLMs, APIs, or open-source AI stacks.
Previous experience with early-stage teams, venture scouting, or experimentation.
Familiarity with the startup or VC ecosystem.
