Performance & Growth Marketers (all levels)

Your Mission:
- Performance marketing (We mostly run Meta, Tiktok, Google Ads... We run both App and Web campaigns)
- Analyzing marketing data (our stack is Firebase+BigQuery+LookerStudio, GA4, Appsflyer. We have an in-house data scientist to support you)
- Testing hundreds of marketing creatives per month, managing ad creative team
- $500K+ monthly marketing budget
- If interested, management of influencers, creators, and other collaborations
- Work with the newest AI tools. Vibe-coding (Cursor, Warp) and AI flow automation (n8n, Make) experience is a big plus.
Who We're Looking For:
All seniority levels, from a seasoned marketing leader wanting to take on a "CMO" role in a near future, to a high-potential individual ready for their next big challenge. What matters most is your drive, analytical mindset, and passion for growth.
Proactive & Self-Driven: You can work independently to achieve ambitious goals. In our current team we're basically 1 FTE marketer managing over $500K in monthly spend.
Deeply Analytical: You have a mastery of Excel/Google Sheets and a love for making data-driven decisions.
A Growth Mindset: You are eager to learn, adapt, and grow with a fast-scaling company.
Team Player: You are ready to be a key part of our core team, based in Prague (with home office flexibility up to 2 days/week).
An interest in fitness & wellness is a big plus!
