Your role as Account Manager
- Onboarding Hosts: leading clients through the advertisement process in Flatio, assessing barriers, ensuring communication touchpoints and clearing questions;
- Sales Strategy Development: co-create and implement sales strategies to increase conversion rates and results.
- Key Account Management: develop account management touchpoints, ensuring client retention, advertisement improvement and more bookings accepted on Key Accounts.
What We’re Looking For
Must-haves
- Fluent in Czech & English
- Comfortable on phone, in online meetings, and via email
- Able to be in a Freelancer Contract (na živnost)
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in B2C or B2B sales, Account Management, or Customer Success
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Slack, and Google Workspace

- Kč 49.000 /mo base + up to Kč 7.400 /mo in commissions
