Junior Operations & Admin Support

You’ll be the bridge between corporate event planners and venue managers. This is a junior role, but you’ll have real responsibility from day one. You’ll manage incoming requests, clarify details, follow up on offers, and ensure both sides have what they need to move fast. You will work directly with Founders.

What would be the bread and butter working in this role?

  • Communicate with venues to confirm availability, pricing, and event details.

  • Keep deadlines under control and ensure no request goes unanswered.

  • Track and update requests in our CRM.

  • Support the operations team with ad-hoc tasks in a fast-paced startup environment.

What are your requirements?

  • Strong written and spoken Czech/Slovak and English.

  • Ability to stay organised under pressure and juggle multiple requests.

  • Proactive attitude. If something is unclear, you’ll pick up the phone and get the answer.

  • AI-native personality. Comfortable with digital tools, curious about automation, excited by tech solutions.
