Sales Support Specialist

We develop smart and automated delivery solutions for foreign e-commerce platforms for our clients and partners in more than 70 countries. We have long-term cooperation with brands such as iHERB, ANSWEAR, NOTINO or the LPP group (RESERVED, HOUSE, SINSAY an other).    

We are currently expanding our team in Prague and are looking for a partner to help us take care of our business clients.   

What awaits you with us?    

• Manage commercial documentation  

• Ensure data accuracy and compliance  

• Support credit verification and scoring  

• Monitor receivables and risk  

• Assist with reporting and dashboards  

How do you know that we are looking for you?  

• You have a strong analytical mindset   

• You have knowledge of receivables and collections   

• You are tech-savvy and organized   

• You have high level of Excel proficiency

• You have Document  workflow experience  

• You are an Excellent communicator and team player   

• You have an excellent command of English, but you are a native Czech/Slovak speaker   

What do we offer?   

• Salary 50,000 - 55,000CZK per month    

• Employment contract and a stable background of an international company    

• Hybrid mode – combination of working from the office (Prague) and up to 40% from home
