We are looking for an exceptional Agentic AI Engineer. Someone who wants to deliver on the real premise of AI agents and have a tangible impact on millions of people around the world.

To survive our hustle culture, you must be a driven individual with high agency, self-discipline, and motivation. We are a true zero-to-one startup. There is a lot of ambiguity, wrong doors, and chaos, but the path is becoming clearer with every step we take. Still, if you prefer a neat and organized process, this role may not be for you.

We launched our MVP nine months ago, and we've already gained great customers like Mews, Notino, Erste Group, Porsche, and many more.

What will be your main responsibilities

  • Design and Deploy Autonomous Agents: Architect, build, and deploy AI agents capable of complex, multi-step reasoning to solve tangible HR and productivity challenges.

  • Develop Agentic Workflows: Implement and optimize advanced agentic workflows, focusing on task decomposition, dynamic planning, and robust integration with external tools (e.g., APIs, databases, web services).

  • Establish ML and GenAI Evaluations: Create and manage comprehensive evaluation frameworks to rigorously assess agent performance. Your focus will be on task success, reliability, and efficiency, moving beyond traditional model accuracy metrics.

  • Drive Strategic AI Innovation: Take ownership of our core R&D efforts by designing and prototyping next-generation AI systems. You will have the autonomy to explore complex challenges across domains like multi-agent systems, foundational model optimization, and novel algorithmic design (e.g., ReAct, Tree of Thoughts). Your work will be central to our innovation strategy.

  • Collaborate for Impact: Work closely with our team of product managers, psychologists, and engineers to translate complex user needs into functional, trustworthy, and scalable agentic systems.


What we expect from you

  • Proven Experience in Agent Development: You have demonstrable, hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying autonomous AI agents.

  • Deep Understanding of Agentic Design: You possess a strong grasp of agentic design patterns, including multi-step reasoning, planning, memory management, and effective tool utilization.

  • Prompt/Context engineering: You can craft effective, high-quality prompts that guide AI models toward accurate, relevant, and context-aware outputs.

  • Expertise in ML and gen AI Evaluation: You have experience creating robust testing, validation, and observability protocols for ML, GenAI solutions, and agentic systems, including performance benchmarking and failure analysis.

  • Product and User-Centric Mindset: You are passionate about building autonomous systems that are not just technically impressive but are also reliable, trustworthy, and deliver clear value to end-users.

  • You are a forward-thinking pioneer, naturally curious and open-minded about the potential of cutting-edge technology. Your enthusiasm for research and experimentation is matched by a strong willingness to master and integrate sophisticated new tools. You are eager and passionate to apply your skills to not only build but also shape the future of intelligent systems.

Our hiring process

  • 1st round – Screening interview with Alex, our AI Recruiter (you’ll work on her as well) (~20 min)

  • 2nd round - Discussion with our CTO (60 min)

  • 3rd round - Talentpilot psychometric questionnaire + Homework assignment (deadline to complete in 2 days; can be done in a couple of hours, though) or technical discussion.

  • 4th round – Discussion with CEO and CPO (60 min)
